Q. What are your business hours?
A. At all Washington and Oregon locations except for Shelton, the Fournier Group's standard business hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. Our Shelton office is open Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 10 am to noon and 1 pm to 4 pm (closed for lunch).

Q. Do you have SR-22's?
A. Yes. Please contact the Fournier Group location nearest you and ask for one of our personal lines customer service assistants.

Q. Can I get a quote?
A. Yes. Please contact the Fournier Group location nearest you and ask for one of our customer service assistants. We will be happy to give you comparison quotes for the many insurance products we offer.

Q. Do you accept credit card payments?
A. Many, but not all, of our companies do accept direct credit card payments. Please contact the Fournier Group location nearest you to find out if the company you are covered with accepts direct credit card payments, and, if so, how to process your payment.
